Qualcomm agrees deal to acquire NXP Semiconductors
Mobile microchip maker Qualcomm has agreed a deal worth approximately $47 billion to acquire electronics business NXP Semiconductors in what is reportedly the biggest ever transaction concluded in the semiconductor market.
