Ofcom consults on guidance for handling disputes over telecoms infrastructure access rights

Ofcom will look at telecoms companies’ level of investment in infrastructure when determining what price is “fair and reasonable” for them to charge others to access that infrastructure to deploy rival high-speed electronic networks, the UK’s telecoms regulator has said.
