New Hong Kong Security of Payment Regime for public works contracts
The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Development Bureau has issued a new Technical Circular which prescribes the mandatory incorporation of Security of Payment (SOP) provisions into all public works contracts later this year.
