How should NEC4 be adapted for use in Australia?
We have previously considered why Australian projects should consider adopting the more collaborative NEC4 contract. However, questions arise as to whether the standard NEC4 contract works for the Australian market in its unamended form, so successful adoption is likely to require some amendments.
