Drafting an arbitration clause
Arbitration is a system of formal dispute resolution by one or more impartial persons, known as arbitrators, for final and binding determination. Arbitrators may hear disputes as a sole arbitrator or on a panel of three arbitrators, known as an arbitral tribunal.
