DMCC and DIFC Courts expand partnership to strengthen dispute resolution framework
An expanded partnership between Dubai’s commodities trading centre and the DIFC Courts is expected to lead to an increase in the number of companies adopting the DIFC as their “opt in” jurisdiction of choice for cross-border trade and investment arrangements.
