Autumn budget 2021: further changes to notification of uncertain tax treatments
There will be two tests of when a large business has adopted an ‘uncertain tax treatment’ which it needs to report to the UK’s HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) under new rules coming into force in April 2021, the government has confirmed.
